ESF 2007-2013 Tuscany POR OB. 2 – Transnational Activities
NOVIMPRE project: For an innovative idea of entrepreneurship – Transfer of best practices and design of a training model in the territory of Grosseto Province, in Tuscany Region.
The overall objective is the exchange of best practices on management training model and support actions for Training Agencies (aimed at developing their capacity to appeal and train SMEs entrepreneurs).
The aim of the project is to share and transfer at transnational level a good European practice dealing with management training for SMEs, adapting it to the local context of the Grosseto Province. The final aim is to involve in specific training activities managers and would-be managers, and to strengthen the capacity of local Training Agencies.
Main activities:

  • Organisation of a study visit and ad hoc meeting in Wales for the Tuscany Training Agencies to get acquainted with the specific model and share the good practice on management training;
  • Organisation and management of 2 focus groups in Italy to discuss the best practice experience, with a focal point on 2 main economic sectors of the area;
  • Develop a new management training model adjusted to the Grosseto Province local context and needs;
  • Final event to disseminate results and present an action plan to implement the new model.

Strengthening of the competitivity of Small and Medium Enterprises in Veneto through cooperation among SMEs and the preparation of actions to support businesses and workers during periods of restructuring. In particular, the project aims to give enterprises more suitable tools to operate in enlarged markets, through a series of business events helping to match commercial interests and exchange experiences.

FERMALAVORO – Training and Re-integration at work by Voluntary Military personnel
Guidance, counselling and training paths addressing voluntary military personnel about to complete or having completed their military service, aiming to best valorise the skills acquired during service, with the purpose of facilitating integration in the civil job market.

SKILLS – Integration through learning/telework for social inclusion of disability
Project in the Lombardy Region aimed at the integration of the physically and mentally disabled in the world of work through ICT tools, in collaboration with UILDM – Italian Union for the fight against Muscular Dystrophy, and the Istituto Sacra Famiglia of Milan. This transnational activity was managed with a Portuguese partnership.
