ETHIOPIA – EU – Higher Education Strategy Development
Provision of financial and strategic management advisory services to the Ministry of Education, Higher Education Research and Academic Affairs department in order to establish the most appropriate cost-sharing and income generation mechanisms for the higher education system as well as appropriate management schemes. Tasks included: formulation of two study reports on higher education financing and strategic management for the Ministry of Education’ higher education department; provision of recommendations on how to implement alternatives for income generation and self-financing mechanisms.
