Development of a replicable Competency Based Training Model piloted in the oil sector
Location – Iraq
IFOA, as partner of an international consortium, has been invited to tender by the European Union for a project in Iraq, whose overall objective is to support the establishment of an open, stable and sustainable society based on a diversified and growing market economy that generates employment, reduces poverty and promotes equitable economic and social development.
The purpose of the contract is to develop a replicable Competency Based Training Model piloted in the oil sector.
In this framework, Ifoa is currently searching for International expertise, for their selection and involvement in the future implementation of the project, which is expected to start in November 2016 and last for 30 months.
Commencement date & Period of implementation
The intended commencement date is 1 November 2016 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 30 months from this date.
