What does IFOA mean to me?

For me IFOA is a large slice of my time.
All of our activities are done for a purpose, and each specific issue needs to be focused on in a professional manner. The Services staff like me understand that we must have an overall vision but without losing sight of the details. IFOA is like a big house, its walls made of many bricks. Every brick is a project. I help to make sure that the bricks are always in line and that the wall we build is nice and straight. But it is an easy task, as my colleagues - even the more "creative" among them - are all aware of the need to balance the books... The members of the IFOA family, whatever the specific field they work in or how they are, are special, and this group of people and activities creates a whole which is truly interesting and engaging. My customers are my colleagues and the IFOA suppliers: I try to provide a good service for them.
