Strengthening the Capacities for Integration of Disadvantaged Women in the Labour Market, with Special Focus on Ethnic Minority Women. Location – FYROM. EuropeAid/130455/D/SER/MK
 

IFOA, as LEADER of an international consortium, has been invited to tender by the European Union for a project in FYROM, whose overall objective is to enable disadvantaged women, in particular ethnic minority women to improve their employment potentials in the labour market.

The purpose of this contract is as follows:

• Strengthening the capacities and mutual cooperation of the relevant stakeholders for integration of disadvantaged women in the labour market, with special focus on women from ethnic minority communities

Project description

The contract aims at promoting the integration of disadvantaged groups of women in the labour market, with special focus on ethnic minority women by strengthening the capacities of the relevant stakeholders and their mutual cooperation. To this end, an analysis of the labour market status of disadvantaged women, in particular ethnic communities will be conducted. In addition, relevant stakeholders will benefit from trainings in order to improve their capacity to address the labour market related needs of disadvantaged women.

The intended commencement date is March/April 2012 and the period of execution of the contract will be 15 months.

To this regards, we are seeking for the following key experts:

• Key expert 1: Team Leader/Key Expert 1 in Social Inclusion of Disadvantaged Women (210 working days spread over a period of 15 months)
• Key expert 2: Expert on training and development of training methodologies for labour market inclusion of disadvantaged women (140 working days spread over a period of 15 months)
